The SOTI Identity console has two distinct sections: the SOTI ONE Portal and the SOTI Identity Admin Console.
SOTI ONE Portal
The SOTI ONE Portal is the landing page for all users after signing
in to SOTI Identity. Each application associated with their
SOTI Identity account appears as a tile in the SOTI ONE Portal. To open an application, select its tile.
Note: You can bypass the SOTI ONE
portal by accessing the specific SOTI ONE application
URL and signing in using your SOTI Identity
credentials.
The portal organizes applications into three tabs:
Frequents: Displays the applications the user accesses most often.
SOTI ONE Apps: Lists applications assigned to the user.
Company Apps: Shows additional company-approved applications.
In the SOTI ONE Portal, users can switch between light and dark mode
by toggling the moon icon in the top-right corner. The account menu, located beside
the user's name, provides access to preference settings and sign-out options. For
more information about managing user preferences, see Preferences.
Note: If an application appears faded, a SOTI Identity account administrator either deactivated it or your current account does not
have the necessary permissions to access the application.
SOTI Identity Admin Console
The SOTI Identity Admin Console is the administrative interface for
configuring SOTI Identity settings. Only SOTI Identity account administrators can access the SOTI Identity Admin Console.
The SOTI Identity Admin Console features a main menu in the top-left
corner of the portal. This menu provides administrators access to key management
options. From the menu, administrators can:
Manage user accounts.
Control access rights to applications.
Configure external identity management systems, such as Lightweight
Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) and Identity Providers (IdP).
Configure password, access controls and application provisioning policies.
