Updating a User

About this task
This task explains how to update the information of an existing user in SOTI Connect.
Procedure
- From the SOTI Connect main menu, select Users and Permissions. The Users and Permissions view opens.
- In the left pane, select the Users tab.
- In the right pane, select the checkbox next to the user you want to update. The user action bar appears.
- On the user action bar, select Update. The Update User dialog box opens.
- Enter the updated user information in the dialog box.
- Select Save.
