Adding a New Configuration

About this task

To add a configuration to SOTI Connect:

Procedure

  1. Navigate to main menu and select Configurations. The Configurations view opens.
  2. Select New Configuration.
  3. In the New Configuration dialog box, fill in the Name and Description fields.
  4. Select an option from the Device Type menu.
  5. Select the + button to add actions to the configuration. See the list of available actions for more details.
    Note: Actions are applied in the order they appear in the Actions list. You can change the order of the actions using the arrows.
  6. Select Save.
  7. Close the New Configuration dialog box.

Results

The configuration you created for SOTI Connect is now listed in the right pane.
