Workflow Tab
Use the Workflow tab of the Group page to define or edit the group's incident processing workflow. For details, see Editing Groups.
| Resolution Note Required when Resolving an Incident | Turn on this toggle to require users to add a final note when changing the status type of an incident to Resolved. |
| Allow Changing Reporter on Open Incidents | Turn on this toggle to enable changing the incident reporter when the incident status is Open. |
| Pre-defined Tags are Required to Resolve an Incident | Turn on this toggle to require that users add a predefined tag when changing the Incident status to Resolved. |
| Hide Send Script for Non-Administrators | Turn on this toggle to show the Send Script menu item on the remote control page only if you are logged into SOTI Assist as an administrator. |
