Deleting Groups

About this task

You can delete an existing group. For information about groups, see Managing Groups.

Note: All incidents that belonged to the deleted group are marked as deleted in the database, and are no longer available for viewing and searching.

To delete a group:

Select Settings from the main menu.
From the context menu of the group you need to delete, select Delete.
Note: You cannot delete the Default group.
In the Delete Group message box that opens, select the check box and click Delete.
