Out of Contact

The Out of Contact configuration enables you to specify actions to be taken if a device fails to connect with SOTI MobiControl within a specified period of time. You do this when:

• Creating a Profile
• Editing a Profile

Device Side Action

Select Add to configure a new event configuration that determines the actions that occurs if a device has not connected with SOTI MobiControl within the specified period. Select a script from the dropdown list to execute the configuration. To create scripts, see Manage Scripts.

You can add many event configurations.

To delete an event configuration, hover over the event configuration you want to remove and select the Delete icon that appears.
