Using Live Support
Live Support for SOTI XSight offers two different interactions, depending on the user. Support technicians use Live Support to communicate with SOTI XSight users through live chat. Device users can join a Live Support session initiated by a support technician but cannot start their own.
The support technician initiates Live Support with the device user through SOTI XSight and the device user responds through the SOTI XSight agent on their mobile device.
Note: You can start a chat, call or video call via SOTI MobiControl, but requires the SOTI XSight Agent be
installed on the device.
Note: Live Support for SOTI XSight works
with SOTI MobiControl version 2024.0 and later.
