SOTI ONE Portal

The SOTI ONE portal is the landing page for all users when they log into SOTI Identity. Each application associated with their SOTI Identity account appears as a tile in the SOTI ONE Portal. Select an application tile to open the application.

If an applications appears faded, a SOTI Identity account administrator either deactivated it or your current account does not have the necessary permissions to access the application in question.

Users can also update their personal information and change their passwords from this screen.

Application users who are not also account administrators cannot access (or even see) the SOTI Identity tile.

Note: If an application user enters the URL of a specific SOTI ONE Platform application, they'll bypass the SOTI ONE portal entirely and land inside the application after logging in.
