Logging Out Shared iPad Devices

About this task

To sign users out of a Shared iPad remotely from SOTI MobiControl, perform the following:

Procedure

From Devices, select all devices whose current users you want to sign out.
In the Device Actions menu bar, select More > Log Out Shared iPad. The Log Out Shared iPad window opens.

Optional: Select Request Requires Network Tether to require the device to be network-tethered to run the command.
Select Log Out Shared iPad to confirm that the device action will apply to all the chosen devices.
Note: If present, expand any warning messages to learn about problems with executing the command.

Results

Users are logged out of selected devices remotely.

Note: User data is saved before the user is logged off.
