Unlocking Multiple Users
About this task
To unlock multiple user accounts that were previously locked:
Procedure
- Select Users and Permissions from the main menu.
- In the left pane, select the Roles tab.
- Click any role assigned to the required users in the left pane to expand that role.
- Under the expanded role, select the Users item to display the list of users that have the current role assigned.
- On the list of users displayed in the main pane, find the required users. If need be, start typing a user's name in the field at the top of the pane to filter the list.
- Select check boxes by the required (locked) users' names.
- On the toolbar that appears at the bottom of the pane, click the Unlock icon to open the Unlock User dialog box (see Unlock User).
- In the Unlock Reason field, type a reason for unlocking the user accounts.
- Click Unlock.
