Locking Users
About this task
To lock a user account (to prevent a user from logging into SOTI MobiControl:
Procedure
- Select Users and Permissions from the main menu.
- In the left pane, select the Users tab.
- Right-click the required user in the left pane.
- From the context menu, select Lock to open the Lock User dialog box (see Lock User).
- In the Lock Reason field, type a reason for locking the user account.
- Click Lock.
