Logging Out Shared Devices

About this task

If you need to sign a user out of a shared device, you can log them out remotely from the SOTI MobiControl console:

Procedure

Select the devices whose current users you want to sign out and, in the Device Actions menu bar, select More > Log Out Shared Device.
In Log Out Shared Device, confirm the device action applies to all the selected devices or expand the warning message to see why a device will not receive the command.
Select Log Out Shared Device.

Results

Device users currently logged into the selected devices get logged out. Depending on your settings, devices may return to their original device groups and revoke any configurations or settings applied before.
