Enabling Identity Provider

Before you begin

You must configure an Identity Provider (IdP) connection in SOTI MobiControl before you can enable it.

About this task

You can use an IdP connection for device enrollment or authentication for the SOTI MobiControl console, Self Service Portal or iOS Profile Catalog.

To enable an IdP:

Procedure

Select Global Settings from the main menu.
From the Settings tree on the left, select Console Settings > Authentication Options to display the Authentication Options page (see Authentication Options).
Select the option button by the required IdP on the Identity Providers list.
Click Save.

Results

Your IdP connection is now configured for SOTI MobiControl console access and (if backed by LDAP) device enrollment.
