System Health
Use the System Health panel to see whether the various parts of the SOTI XSight system are working correctly. If the utility detects a problem with a component, it displays a warning icon and a brief message to indicate the nature of the problem.
| SOTI XSight Management Service | Indicates whether the SOTI XSight Management Windows service is running normally. Select the Test Now button to update the status information. |
| SOTI XSight Agent Service | Indicates whether the SOTI XSight Agent Windows service is running normally. Select the Test Now button to update the status information. |
| Web Console | Indicates whether the SOTI XSight console is accessible at the configured SOTI XSight server URL. |
| Keys | Indicates whether any problems are found with the RSA keys and encryption. |
| Certificates | Indicates whether any problems are found with the certificate bound to the port SOTI XSight uses for communication. |
| SOTI MobiControl Integration | Indicates whether any problems are found with SOTI XSight's integration with SOTI MobiControl. |
| SOTI Tunnel Service | Indicates whether the SOTI Tunnel Windows service is running normally. Select the Test Now button to update the status information. |
| SOTI XSight Chat Service | Indicates whether the SOTI XSight Chat Windows service is running normally. Select the Test Now button to update the status information. |
