Logs

The Logs panel enables you to set the logging level for SOTI XSight and remote control logs and enable or disable the logging of requests.

Admin Utility Logs

Click the View button under each log type to open the log in a text editor.

Note: By default, SOTI XSight services only write info messages to their log files.
Off No logs are recorded.
Error Only records Error items in the log file.
Warning Only records Warning items in the log file.
Info Only records Information items in the log file.
Debug Records information valuable for debugging and product improvement.
Verbose Records all available details in the log file.
