Updating SOTI Connect or the System Certificate

About this task
Important: When updating SOTI Connect, changes to the root certificate also affect the token certificate. To prevent
Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) users from losing access, you must
manually update the token certificate on the SOTI Cloud Link Broker.
Procedure
- In the SOTI Connect web console, navigate to
- Download the new Token Signature certificate (see Step 2 in Setting up SOTI Cloud Link Broker).
- Move the certificate to C:\IOT\certs.
- Restart the SOTI Cloud Link Broker service.
Results
What to do next
- Verify LDAP user access to ensure that authentication continues to work correctly.
- Confirm that SOTI Connect services are operational after the certificate update.
