SOTI XSight Integration

The SOTI XSight tab lists the incidents created for a device in SOTI XSight.
Note: This tab only displays if SOTI XSight is integrated with your SOTI Connect instance.

To create a new incident for the device in SOTI XSight, click New Incident to open the Create SOTI XSight Ticket dialog.

SOTI XSight Configured users in SOTI Connect

SOTI XSight configured users in SOTI Connect may get an insufficient permissions error when creating an incident without the necessary permissions. To avoid these errors, either:

  • The SOTI XSight configured user must be an administrator (with all permissions).

or

  • The SOTI XSight configured user must have the required permissions.
