System Health
The System Health pane enables you to view all system components, their connection status, and their certificate information.
The system components include the following:
- File Store
- Logging Service
- Management Server
- MQTT Server Instance
- Protocol Adapters
- Proxy Service
- SOTI XSight
- SOTI Identity
- SQL Databases
- Webhook Receiver
System Health Notifications
When a system component functions normally, it reports its status as OK. When SOTI Connect detects a potential issue with a component, it reports that in the status. Below are the statuses that may be displayed and suggested actions to resolve them.
