Integration Settings
This page displays the settings used to integrate SOTI Assist with SOTI MobiControl.
Default Instance | The name of the default SOTI MobiControl instance that SOTI Assist is integrated with. |
Access URL | The URL of the default SOTI MobiControl instance. |
Client ID | The client ID of the default SOTI MobiControl instance. |
Service User is enabled|disabled | Select this option to enable SOTI Assist to perform an LDAP lookup in SOTI MobiControl for the incident reporter's details when an incident is created by an inbound email.
When you enable this option you must supply a valid SOTI MobiControl username and password. |
Username | Enter a valid SOTI MobiControl username. |
Password | Enter the password for the above SOTI MobiControl username. |
Enable SOTI Assist Login Page | Select this option to enable SOTI Assist to use its native login page instead of integrating with SOTI MobiControl single sign on (SSO) authentication. This allows you to run SOTI Assist and SOTI MobiControl on different networks.

Domains | Enter the domain or domains you want to use for the SOTI Assist login page. The SOTI Assist login page at any of these domains will log into this instance of SOTI Assist. |
Other Instances | Lists other SOTI MobiControl instances that have been added to SOTI Assist.
To add a new SOTI MobiControl instance, click the green + button to open the Add SOTI MobiControl dialog box. A video demonstrating how to set up multiple SOTI MobiControl instances in SOTI Assist is available below. Note: This section appears only when the Enable SOTI Assist Login Page option is selected.

Administrators | The name of the SOTI MobiControl user group associated with SOTI Assist administrators. Users in this group have an administrator role in SOTI Assist. |
Technicians | The name of the SOTI MobiControl user group associated with SOTI Assist technicians. Users in this group have a technician role in SOTI Assist. |
Reporters | Select whether you want SOTI Assist to populate the list of available incident reporters by using SOTI MobiControl LDAP or SOTI MobiControl User group. |
Automatically create an incident when remote controlling a device from SOTI MobiControl | Select this option to have an incident created automatically when you initiate a device remote control session in SOTI MobiControl. |
Add API Clients | Lists the API clients that have been added to SOTI Assist.
To add a new client, click the green + button to open the Add API Client dialog box. |
