Note: You must be logged into SOTI Assist as an administrator to change SOTI Assist settings.
To change SOTI Assist settings:

On the menu bar, click the menu button and select Settings.
The SOTI Assist settings view opens.

On the left side of the settings view, click on the settings type you want to change.
The current settings appear on the right side of the settings view.

Make the required settings changes on the right side of the settings view.
As soon as you change a setting, Update and Cancel buttons appear at the bottom of the view.

Click the Update button to save the settings changes.
When you have finished making the required settings changes, you can return to the incident dashboard by clicking on the SOTI Assist title on the menu bar.
Note: You may need to log out of SOTI Assist and log back in for the settings changes to take effect.
