Incident Settings
This page enables you to specify incident view and workflow settings.
Resolution Note required when resolving an incident | Select this option to require users to add a final note when changing the status type of an incident to Resolved. |
Allow changing reporter on open incidents | Select this option to enable changing the incident reporter when the incident status is Open. |
Hide Send Script for Non-Administrators | Select this option to show the Send Script menu item on the remote control page only if you are logged into SOTI Assist as an administrator. |
