Checking your SOTI Assist System Health

To inspect the overall health of your SOTI Assist system:

  1. Open the SOTI Assist Administration Utility and select the System Health tab from the menu on the left side.
  2. Click Test Now.

SOTI Assist checks of all the components listed on the System Health screen. Green checkmarks indicate healthy components.

If a component fails and turns red, you can try to determine the issue using the applicable tab in SOTI Assist Administration Utility.
