Sharing Devices

The Shared Device advanced configuration enables a single device to be used by multiple users. Each session is personalized, making the device immediately useful to any authorized user who logs in. This functionality is ideal for environments where device sharing is required, such as shift-based workplaces.

Note: Shared Device is only supported on Android devices (with a SOTI MobiControl Device Agent of 13.7.0 or later) and iOS devices.

Note: The latest iOS Agent now supports both Microsoft Authenticator SSO and Shared Device functionality, eliminating the need for a separate login app.
