Cancelling Scheduled Upgrades

About this task

Cancel scheduled OTA firmware upgrades for Zebra devices if required using the Cancel Firmware Upgrade device action.
Important: The Cancel Firmware Upgrade device action is available in SOTI MobiControl version 2024.1 or later. It only applies to devices within a given firmware model group.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the web console, locate the desired device or device group, and then select Cancel Firmware Upgrade from the Device Actions menu. The Cancel Firmware Upgrade dialog box appears.
    The dialog box displays the scheduling details for the target devices, organized by device model.
  2. Identify and select the firmware model group from the list of scheduled upgrades.
  3. Select Proceed. A confirmation prompt appears.
  4. Select Yes to confirm cancellation.

Results

The scheduled upgrades for the devices are now cancelled.
