Truncating SOTI Hub Device Usage Data
About this task
Retaining excessive data in the SOTI MobiControl database can consume significant storage space. It is a good practice to truncate old SOTI Hub device usage data regularly.
To automatically truncate ageing SOTI Hub device usage data:Procedure
- From the SOTI MobiControl hamburger menu, select Global Settings.
- Select Logs and Alerts > Log Maintenance to open the Log Maintenance page.

For the Truncate Hub Device Data After field, specify
the time to truncate data from the SOTI MobiControl database
by selecting the time unit and the number of these time units.
- Click Save.
Results
The SOTI Hub device usage data is truncated from the SOTI MobiControl database after the specified time.
