To disable a data collection policy:

Procedure

  1. From Policies, select Data Collection.
  2. From the infromation tab, select here to visit the legacy console.
    Information tab to access the legacy console
  3. Select the Printer device family type.

  4. Right-click the data collection policy to disable and select Disable Rule.

Enable a Data Collection Policy
