Upgrade Firmware (Zebra OTA)
Content for Samsung E-FOTA is deprecated.

Important: In July 2022, Samsung deprecated Samsung E-FOTA and replaced it with Samsung Knox E-FOTA. As a result, SOTI MobiControl 2024.0 no longer supports Samsung E-FOTA. SOTI MobiControl will integrate Samsung Knox E-FOTA in future updates.

Until then, you may continue using Samsung Knox E-FOTA to manage firmware on SOTI MobiControl enrolled devices via the Samsung Knox Admin Portal.
