Unlocking Users
About this task
To unlock a user account that was previously locked:
Procedure
- Select Users and Permissions from the main menu.
- In the left pane, select the Users tab.
- Right-click the required (locked) user in the left pane.
- From the context menu, select Unlock to open the Unlock User dialog box (see Unlock User).
- In the Unlock Reason field, type a reason for unlocking the user account.
- Click Unlock.
