Creating Workflows
Use the Workflow tab of the Group view to define or edit the group's incident processing workflow.
Resolution Note Required when Resolving an Incident | When on, the user is required to add a final note when changing the status type of an incident to Resolved. |
Allow Changing Reporter on Open Incidents | When on, the incident reporter can be changed when the incident status is Open. |
Pre-defined Tags are Required to Resolve an Incident | When on, users are required to add a predefined tag when changing the incident status to Resolved. |
