Scheduling a Report

To schedule a report:

  1. On the menu bar, click the menu button and select View Dashboard.
    The Dashboard view opens.
  2. In the left pane of the Dashboard view, click the dashboard for which you would like to schedule a report.
    You can schedule reports for the Battery Status, Application Usage, and Data Usage dashboards.
  3. Optional: Change the dashboard to display the desired data.
  4. In the left pane, click the menu button next to the dashboard you are viewing and select Schedule Report.
    The Schedule Report wizard opens.
  5. In the Description wizard panel, enter the following information:
    Name Enter a descriptive name for the scheduled report.
    Description Enter a description for the scheduled report.
    When you have finished, click Next.
  6. In the Email wizard panel, enter the following information:
    Send To Enter the email address or addresses you want this scheduled report to be sent to.

    Multiple email addresses must be separated using a semicolon.

    Email Subject Enter the subject line of the email.
    Email Body Select the body text of the email.
    When you have finished, click Next.
  7. In the Frequency wizard panel, enter the following information:
    Activation Select the date on which the report schedule will be activated.
    Occurrence Select how frequently you want the scheduled report to be generated.
    When you have finished, click Save.

The scheduled report appears in the Reports section of the Administration view, on the Scheduled tab.
