Deactivating a Report Schedule

About this task

If you want to temporarily suspend the generation of a scheduled report, you can deactivate the report's schedule.

To deactivate a report schedule:

Procedure

  1. On the menu bar, click the menu button and select Administration.
    The Administration view opens.
  2. In the left pane of the Administration view, click Reports.
    The Reports section opens in the right pane.
  3. In the right pane, click the Scheduled tab.
    The list of scheduled reports appears on the tab.
  4. Click the selection button next to the report whose schedule you want to deactivate.
    The report action bar appears.
  5. On the report action bar, click the Deactivate button.
    The Deactivate Report Schedule message box opens, asking you to confirm the deactivation.
  6. In the Deactivate Report Schedule message box, confirm the deactivation by clicking Deactivate.

Results

The report schedule is now deactivated. To reactivate the report schedule, select the report and click Activate on the report action bar.
