Troubleshooting Protocol Adapter Clusters

The following situations can cause failures in Protocol Adapter cluster-specific processes:

An enabled firewall blocks the connection between the MQTT broker and cluster. Protocol Adapters do not provide any indication of the blockage, so the management service continues to try to send messages to devices.
When you update a Zebra printer in a PA cluster to the same firmware version, the update fails and causes a timeout. However, updating to the same firmware version in a non-cluster environment works as expected.
