Logs

The Logs pane enables you to view logs that have been generated by SOTI Connect.

You can filter the system logs by date, time, and devices that have been enrolled in SOTI Connect. SOTI Connect also provides you with a search bar and additional quick filters to view different types of logs such as debug, information, warning, error, or fatal. You can also export the logs as a zip file for further investigation.

Note: You can set the logging level in the Logging section of the Global Settings view.
