You can view saved device snapshots at any time; for example, to compare the current value of a specific device parameter to its previous value.
To view a saved device snapshot:

Locate and open the incident that refers to the device whose saved snapshot you want to view.

At the bottom of the incident pane (on the left of the screen), locate the card that corresponds to the saved snapshot in question (identified by the name of the user who had saved it, the time it had been saved, and the description).

Click the View icon on the saved snapshot’s card.
