Deleting an Incident
The type of incidents you are allowed to delete depends on your role in SOTI Assist.
- If you are an administrator, you can delete any incident.
- If you are not an administrator, you can delete only those incidents that you created that have not yet been submitted (that is, your incidents that are in Draft status).
To delete an incident from SOTI Assist:
The incident is deleted from SOTI Assist.
