Using Device Information Snapshots

You can view a snapshot of device information, including device status, battery life, memory usage, and so on, in the device snapshot page. You can display this page for both online and offline devices. You can also:

To display the device snapshot page:
  1. Locate and open the incident that refers to the device whose information you want to view.
  2. In the Association panel, click the Snapshot icon.

The device information displays in the device snapshot page.
