Cloud Link Agent

Use the Cloud Link Agent to securely connect SOTI MobiControl Cloud to enterprise services behind your corporate firewall.

Cloud Link Agent enables SOTI ONE cloud applications like SOTI MobiControl Cloud to access enterprise services that are isolated behind corporate firewalls and not exposed to the internet. It securely transfers requests and responses between SOTI MobiControl and your internal systems.

If you are using SOTI MobiControl Cloud and want to integrate LDAP for console security or enrollment, you must configure a Cloud Link Agent. SOTI MobiControl supports outbound Cloud Link Agent, allowing your enterprise LDAP service to initiate requests that are sent to the Cloud Link Agent.
