Restriction:SOTI MobiControl 15.4.3 is the
minimum SOTI MobiControl Device Agent version required to view Virtual
Private Network (VPN) IPv4 and VPN IPv6. Corporate Owned Personally Enabled (COPE)
devices do not support this feature.

Antivirus
Important: Antivirus details are
not automatically updated after upgrading SOTI MobiControl. Perform a device scan to populate
this section with antivirus-related information.
Displays
antivirus details for the Windows Defender configuration for your
Windows devices.
Sync: Use the sync
button to fetch the antivirus details for your Windows
device.
Note: You need to manually sync
the details as antivirus details are not automatically
fetched. Always sync before checking data to make sure the
information is accurate.
Last Synced On: Displays the last sync time for the device.
Last Quick Scan End Time: Displays the time of the last quick
scan performed on the device.
Last Full Scan End Time: Displays the time of the last full scan
performed on the device.
Active Threats: Displays any active threats on the device.
True: Indicates that Windows Defender could not take
action on active threats and requires your
intervention.
False: Indicates that Windows Defender successfully took
action on active threats on the device.
Threat Status in Last 24 hours: Displays threats found on the
device within the last 24 hours.
Quarantined: Displays the count of threats quarantined by
Windows Defender.
View Full Threat History: Redirects you to the Threat History
view, which provides detailed information on threats detected by
Windows Defender.

This section lists device details, including Device Kind, Device
Family, OS Version, and more.
Note: Available
device details vary by platform. See Available Device Details for more

Device Network Details
Displays network details for the device. The information includes:
IP Address: Displays the IP address of the Wi-Fi network the
device is connected to.
IPv6: Displays the IPv6 address of the Wi-Fi network the device
is connected to.
Network Connection Type: Indicates the type of connection
(Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or Cellular) that the device is currently
using.
Network SSID: Shows the Service Set Identifier (SSID), the name
of the Wi-Fi network the device is connected to.
Network Authentication: Indicates the authentication method
required by the network, such as WPA2, WPA3, etc.
Subnet Mask: Specifies the subnet mask of the device, used to
define the network and host portions of an IP address.
Wi-Fi Mode: Identifies the Wi-Fi mode of the network, either
Infrastructure (using an access point) or Adhoc
(device-to-device).
Wireless LAN Mode: Specifies whether the wireless LAN mode is
set to Auto (automatic configuration) or Manual (user-defined
settings).
ICCID: Displays the Integrated Circuit Card Identifier (ICCID)
of the SIM card installed in the device.
Note: This requires Configure devices/ device
groups permission.
Note: If the device
is offline, the console displays the last known network
details.

Logged-in User
This section provides details about the currently logged-in user. The
information includes:
Username
Full Name
Domain Name
Identifier
Last Checked Time
SOTI MobiControl checks the logged-in user every
10 minutes and updates these details if the user changes.
Tip: Navigate to the Logs tab to view
the last logged-in user details. Check Current User
logs.

Managed Administrator Account
This section is only available for macOS devices enrolled using an
enrollment policy with Enabled Automated Device Enrollment. The Account
Type must be Managed. See Enrollment Policy Wizard: Account Type for details.
Hidden Account: Indicates whether the account is hidden on the
device's login screen and within the User & Groups section.
This setting can be either Yes (the account is hidden) or No
(the account is visible).

Displays information about all local users on Windows devices. This
section is only available for the Windows platform. The information

Azure compliance status is compliant or
non-compliant.
