Before you begin

Complete the required information in the Device Groups tab.

There must be an existing SMTP server to select a valid mailing account in SOTI MobiControl.

About this task

Specify the email settings used to send a report by email.

Procedure

  1. Choose a sender and specify email details. Enter the following information:
    From Select an email profile from the list.
    Priority Select the priority to send the report email.
    To Enter the email addresses to send the report email to.
    CC Select CC to enter the email addresses to send a copy of the report email to.

    To send a blind copy to recipients, select BCC and enter the email addresses in the field.
    Subject Enter the text you want to appear in the subject line of the report email.

    To use a macro to generate the subject line text, select the macro button beside the field and select the macro to use.
    Message Enter the text to appear in the message body of the report email.

    To use a macro to generate message body text, select the macro button beside the field and select the macro to use.
  2. Select Next.
