SOTI MobiControl Upgrades

SOTI MobiControl introduces great new features in every release. To stay up-to-date with the latest security and functionality features, we recommend that you upgrade your SOTI MobiControl instances as often as is feasible in your environment.

You can learn about new features in the SOTI MobiControl release notes. Before upgrading, check the system requirements and end-of-life notices for your target version.

If you're upgrading from 13.4 or earlier, make sure to also read the SOTI MobiControl v14 Upgrade Guide and the SOTI MobiControl v14 Administrative Console Transition Guide.

Note: With any IT change, SOTI strongly recommends that you test all product upgrades in a pre-production environment.

Upgrade Paths

Learn how to upgrade from your current version to the latest version of SOTI MobiControl.

Important: If you’re upgrading from 11.x, 12.x, or 13.3.x, you’ll have to upgrade in stages. Review the system requirements at each stage of your planned upgrade process to minimize the number of system modifications that you need to perform.
