Disabling Single Sign-On with SOTI Identity

Before you begin

Important: Ensure you have access to a local SOTI MobiControl account that is not governed by SOTI Identity as after you disable SSO, SOTI MobiControl will log you out and SOTI Identity credentials will no longer work.

About this task

After you disable single sign-on (SSO) for SOTI Identity in SOTI MobiControl, SOTI MobiControl loses access to SOTI Identity and its other connected SOTI ONE applications.

To disable SSO in SOTI MobiControl to other SOTI ONE applications via SOTI Identity:

Procedure

  1. Open the Main Menu and select Global Settings.
  2. Under Global Settings, click the wrench icon beside Console Security Settings to open the Console Security dialog box.
  3. On the SAML SSO tab, change the Identity provider from SOTI Identity to None.
  4. Clear the Enable SSO checkbox.
  5. Click OK to save your changes.

Results

SOTI MobiControl logs you out and you must use a local SOTI MobiControl account to log back in to the console.
