Proxy Profile
The Proxy Profile profile configuration allows you to configure proxy settings for network connections to direct traffic through a designated proxy servers. You do this when:
You can configure multiple proxy connections to route traffic depending on your organization's needs. You can also add proxy exceptions as needed.
Add Proxy | Click the Add button to add a new proxy server. For each new proxy server, select the proxy server type and enter the hostname and (optionally) the port number.
You can select one of the following proxy server types:

Use Passive FTP Mode (PASV) | When enabled, the FTP client operates in passive FTP mode. | ||||||||||||
Automatic Proxy Configuration | Enter the URL of a proxy auto-configuration (PAC) file to define how web browsers and other user agents can automatically choose the appropriate proxy server (access method) for fetching a given URL. | ||||||||||||
Add Exceptions | Click the Add button to add exceptions to traffic that would otherwise use a proxy server. For each exception, enter the domain name of the site you want to bypass the proxy.
