Reclaiming Ownership of an App Store License Account

About this task

To reclaims account ownership for a SOTI MobiControl instance (if the account had been claimed by another MDM instance):

Procedure

  1. Select Global Settings from the main menu.
  2. From the Settings tree on the left, select Apple > App Store License Management to display the App Store License Management page (see App Store License Management).
  3. In the Accounts section, select an account.
  4. From the account's context menu, select Reclaim Ownership.
  5. Click Save.
