Deleting an Incident

About this task

Your ability to delete incidents depends on your role in the SOTI XSightgroup the incident belongs to. For details, see Roles Tab.

To delete an incident from SOTI XSight:


  1. On the incident dashboard, find the incident you want to delete. Click on the incident to open it.
    The Incident Details view opens.
  2. At the top-right of the Incident Details view, click Delete.
    A confirmation message box appears.
  3. In the confirmation message box, click the Delete button.


The incident is deleted from SOTI XSight.
