About the File Manager Page
The File Manager page enables you to view and manage files on a device you are remotely connected to. For details, see Using File Manager.
The table below lists the page components and explains their use.
| The search field | This field appears across the top of the device's file/folder tree. To search for a file (not a folder), type the name of that file, or part of that name (at least three characters), then click the Search link in the right-hand part of the field. The link turns to Cancel. You can click it to return to the full file/folder tree. | ||||||
| Device (the file/folder tree) | This section displays a navigable hierarchical tree of files and folders found on the device. If a file search has been initiated, this section displays the search results. | ||||||
| File/folder-specific toolbar |
Appears across the bottom of the device's file/folder tree when an item (file or folder) is highlighted in that tree. The toolbar buttons are:

| Remote Control toolbar |
Appears in the top right-hand part of the page. The File Manager icon is selected. Click any icon for the corresponding remote management action. |
