This page enables you to permanently remove incidents and to remove or export user data.
Export and Remove
Use this section to permanently remove user data from SOTI Assist or to export user data to a file.
Once a user has been removed, wherever that user was listed as the creator of an incident or was involved in email communications, the user is replaced with the anonymous user.
Find Person | Enter the name of the person whose data you want to permanently remove from SOTI Assist.
As you start entering the user's name in this field, a list of matching users appears. As you enter more characters of the name the list is reduced. When you find the user in the list, click to select the user. |
Remove Data | Click this button to permanently remove the selected user data from SOTI Assist.
Warning: This operation is final and cannot be rolled back.

Export Data | Click this button to export the user data to a JSON file. |
Purge Incidents
Use this section to purge (permanently remove) incidents, and any incident artefacts such as notes and attachments, from SOTI Assist.
Find Incident | Enter the ID or subject of the incident you want to purge from SOTI Assist.
As you start entering the incident ID or subject in this field, a list of matching incidents appears. As you enter more characters the list is reduced. When you find the incident in the list, click to select it. |
Purge Incident | Click this button to purge the selected incident, and all its associated artefacts, from SOTI Assist.
Warning: This operation is final and cannot be rolled back.

Purge resolved incident(s) older than number days|months|years. | This enables you to purge all incidents that are in a resolved state and that have not been updated for the specified number of days|months|years.
Once you have enter the number and selected the time period, click Purge Incident(s). Warning: This operation is final and cannot be rolled back.
