Enabling Groups

About this task

You can enable a previously disabled group. For information about groups, see Managing Groups.

To enable a group:

Procedure

  1. Select Settings from the main menu.
  2. From the context menu of the disabled group, select Enable.
  3. In the Enable Group message box that opens, select the check box and click Enable.

Results

The enabled group becomes available for selection when creating new incidents. For details, see Creating an Incident.
