Select Apps (Windows - Modern Enterprise)
Use the Select Apps dialog box to select applications to add to the app
policy. You can add apps to a policy when you do the following actions:

| Upload APPX/MSIX File | Select Browse to select an APPX or MSIX file from a local or
network filesystem. Or, drag and drop the file into the field. Note: MSIX is supported for Windows 10, version 1709
and later versions for the APPX application support. XAP is

| Upload MSI File | In App Source, select Classic Desktop. Select
Browse to add an MSI file from a local or
network filesystem, or drag and drop the file into the field. Note: Use this option if you use Windows 10,
version 1511 and later. |
| Dependencies | This section displays if the selected app has dependencies. Files such as frameworks and runtimes need to run. This section lists the dependencies along with their status. The status is initially Missing. Select the Upload icon to open the Upload Dependency dialog box to select and upload a dependency file. For more information, see Upload Dependency. |
Note: The Enterprise option in
App Source is deprecated for SOTI MobiControl 2024.0.0.
Application Information
In this section, review application information such as the display name, version, price, seller, and description.
Some fields in this section may be editable. Enter or edit information in these fields as required.
Select Configure to open the Application Configurations dialog box, where you can specify additional configuration settings (see Advanced Configurations (Windows - Modern Enterprise)).
