Using Data Collection Policies

Data collection policies allow you to automatically collect information regarding your devices. SOTI MobiControl provides default data collection options such as location, storage and memory, and many other relevant areas. You can also create custom data points and track those through data collection policies.

Data collection policies are platform specific. You cannot create a rule that targets multiple platforms. Data collection policies are available on all platforms except Windows Modern. However, on iOS devices, you can only collect location information.
