Device Setup

Configure Device Name

Enter the name you want to assign to this add devices rule while:


Name	Enter the name you want to assign to this add devices rule.

Device Plugin Setup

Enable Deploy latest plugin to enrolled device to send a device plugin to your devices during enrollment. Device plugins provide additional management capabilities on top of the device agent. See Device Plugins for more information.

SOTI MobiControl automatically chooses and applies the device plugin that matches to the enrolling device if that device plugin is already in the SOTI MobiControl database. SOTI MobiControl skips any devices whose plugins are not in the database, enrolling them with only the device agent.

To add or update your device plugins in your SOTI MobiControl database, click Manage Plugins and see Updating Android Device Plugins in the SOTI MobiControl Database for instructions.
